I am trying to find a certain story. The only details of it I remember are femharry and one scene where fem harry gives Sirius a potion she made that fixes malnutrition. I think it maybe a crossover with fate stay night or one of the other anime that ties in with fate stay night. If you know it please let me know. Thank you.
