Topic: Mental Pain
Thoughts. Racing through the burrows, climbing over the trees, rushing over the empty spaces of my mind. Fear. Quivering through the pathways of my heart. Pain. So much pain. Wings broken, paws shattered, bodies crushed. And I feel it. I feel them all. I cant stop them. I want to. I must. For in each moment another flash of life ended. Another strike of pain burning three words into my mind. I did this. Its my fault. Nothing anyone says will change that. Each of these animals has touched my life. Each one has made their impression. And as humans walk on and leave footprints on the sands of time, the People leave their own prints on the surface of my mind.
