Chapter FourPercy's POVPercy! A voiced shouted. You're awake!
"No, i'm alive." I corrected. I was alone, staring at my ankle, where Clarisse shot me. No one around me, that voice sounded really like Annabeth's. Where was she? I waved my hand around, all I could feel was the foggy air.
"Annabeth, was that you?" All the sudden, the fog was increasing. The whole place was drowning, but luckily I could breathe underwater.
No, child. I am Annabeth's worst fear. What is Annabeth's worst fear, demigod? She will NOT get that statue! The Mark of Athena is mine, tell your girl that. I am most powerful in the ancient lands.
It was a different voice, like a goddess. Definitely not Annabeth's, but the first was. What is the Mark of Athena? Annabeth's worst fear? Spiders. Ancient lands? Like, the real Greece? Or Rome? She is Annabeth's worst fear. She's... The goddess of spiders? What does this statue do? Unite Greece and Rome? I don't know.
Oh, gods, the place was drowning. I'm in some flashback or dream? I still don't know if i'm still alive.
"Oh, you're still alive", a female voice echoed. No way, she could NOT read my mind.
"Yes, I can", the voice said again.
Hazel's POV"Grrr... stupid quest... Why do they need my horse?" I was in the border of Virginia, yay, almost there.
Octavian said there was a Tartarus entrance since they needed to find Agnostos (a.k.a. Aggy Theos, I didn't know Octavian had a sense of humor, or did anything funny), which was in Tartarus.
He lives there permanently, and he lives under the Atlantic Ocean which pretty much has a tunnel to his other home in Tartarus.
We have to get there before tomorrow night, unless the curse goes permanent, and Luke is dead forever, but I still don't know who Luke is.
I finally landed at the Arlington National Cemetery, and this is what is saw: The Argo II, every light lit up. Leo, Coach, and Jason, wore bling and was talking to Octavian about politics and the quest. Annabeth was sobbing on the grass, Clarisse hud in the woods, but wait. Percy wasn't here. His body wasn't next to Annabeth, like Octavian told me.
Then I saw a white figure out in the distance, using fog to make a tidal wave coming right toward everyone. Then there was an owl coot, very, very loud, it got everyone's attention down there. Annabeth, the first one to see the tidal wave, yelling with joy "PERCY!"
