Introduction
"JESUS CHRIST, That thing nearly bit off my arm"
"Yeah, are you alright Kyle?"
"I'm fine, so you know my name obviously, what's yours?"
"My names Thomas, and make that thing stop bleeding, I'm about to throw up"
"Yeah, same, and it hurts like hell, damn, stop bleeding!"
"Come on man, we are almost there, I can see it"
"I can't, I'm as good as dead, he bit me on an artery and I am going to bleed out soon"
"You can't, if you die, you turn, that can't happen to you"
"Just leave me here; I will take out as much as I can, just go"
Thomas was reluctant to go, but his newly found friend was already going pale. Kyle, being a graduate from medical school, knew he was going to die, just by looking at the injury. Kyle was about five foot two, which made him shorter than Thomas, who was six foot three. As Thomas ran through an infested field, he knew what was waiting for him at the station, an armory, hopefully not ransacked yet, and maybe more survivors. Just when Thomas made it to the door, he heard Kyle scream in pain, and then silence, Thomas's heart sank at the soundless sight, as he saw Kyle with a pack running away to go kill more, to feed a never ending hunger. Thomas opened the door and found that no one had survived, but the armory still locked in place, he tried to find the code to get him in. While he tried, he also found a few objects that were good enough to barricade the front doors. As Thomas was looking through the station, he was to find a sight so unholy he stumbles backward as if something just hit him. There was so many bodies, woman, children, and some prisoners all dead, just ripped apart by some beast you could only imagine, luckily for Thomas, it left once everyone was dead, or else he might have joined them. He can see its foot prints leave through a back door; Thomas locked the back door, out of fear. Thomas, being evermore to find that code, was getting frustrated, almost losing his control. Thomas, after hours of searching finally found it, the combo, he opened the door to see a nine millimeter hand gun on a table, the rest was taken, and this was forgotten. He could hear something hitting the makeshift barricade and breaking it down, but he didn't have the weapons to kill them all. Thomas realized this may be his last few minutes on earth; he should kill a few and kill himself so he doesn't end up like those idiots in the old movies. He heard the barricade break down, he prepared himself for the worst. Just then he saw them run through the door and scream, he was able to shoot two before he realized there is too many. He put the gun to his head, said a quick prayer, and hoped for the best, and then he pressed the trigger…
