You know, saying that the Big Guy Upstairs doesn't pick favourites is complete baloney. I present my case, Team Free Will. Where to begin...at the beginning, I suppose. Well, it goes a little like this: John dies, Marry makes a deal and oh, look, I feel the start of a great tradition! Dean dies, John sells his soul and hey, Dean gets a point on his rebirth score chart! Then Sam dies, life goes, oh woopdy-doo, like-father-like-son, and look, what do you know, Sammy's got a point too! Then Dean dies and an angel of the Lord named Castiel bring the guy back to life. Two points for Dean Winchester! Then of course, Cas decides to get killed by an archangel, and oh, lookie who got brought back from the grave... purgatory...non-existence...wherever angels go when they die-anyways back on point. And thus the trend continues. Gabriel gets stabbed by Luci and comes back when the coast is clear. The Winchesters united thinks it's a good idea to rally more points and guess what happens...? (Sorry, Sam, Dean's still in the lead) Than Bobby and Cas die thanks to afore mentioned Luci (and they really should start collecting trading cards) and everyone goes, "Hey, Bobby, welcome to the club!" and "Hey, Cas, good to have you back!) And of course, since Sammy is still in the pit, Gabriel comes along to pull him out (after all, it's only fair). And that's not even the whole sum of it! Favouritism apparently extends to half-brothers as well, because hey, let's all try for equality here. So, Adam dies, gets reincarnated by angels to be used as a vessel than dies again. A moment of silence for his inability to produce an encore. So, total scores: Adam 1, John 1, Bobby 1, Gabriel 1, Castiel 2, Sam 3, and Dean 3. But wait! Hate to break it to you, Sammy, but Dean still managed to beat you. With Gabe's help and that whole Mystery Spot fiasco, Dean must have racked up at least a hundred extra points. (Oh, calm down, Dean, rub it in his face after I'm finished, would you?) Still don't think God plays favourites? Count how many times you where reborn. I rest my case.

Nothing like a good rant before bed. It may not make sence, but, that's ok, it doesn't have to.
