I Only Love You

You are the only one for me to love,

Forever until I rust and fall into tiny pieces.

I want to ask you, sweetheart, my innocent dove,

The question from my heart and soul, my cherished one:

Will you marry me for life, my one and only sun?

When you respond with 'I do', I am joyous more than ever,

And slip a silver ring upon your delicate finger,

And claim you're mine, my single wife, always and forever.

You embrace me after I stand up, and share a kiss,

To live after marriage; to live for each other in bliss.

But that sweet love is gone forever, when I face the Overlord,

And seal my own death before we could meet at the altar,

To say our vows together, I die, not by sickness, not by sword,

But by the dark lord, and I would never falter,

To stop him from taking you and my family, forever.

Perhaps I will return someday, to you, in the Digiverse,

Yet not yet, for my broken body and weary soul need rest.

I will come back soon and recite my marriage verse,

And be with you until we grow old and rust,

And may it be we love each other when we turn to dust.
