A small poem I written about Leon's feelings when he and Claude are washed up on the shore on El after the attack. Written in Leon's point of view. Well I hope you enjoy and give a review.

~* Lost Hope *~
Alone, that's all that waits for me
No one to tell me its okay
There is nothing ahead I can see
No one will hear what I say
Papa and Mama are dead
A pain that I should not endure
"Do not give up!" Big Brother said
But I know myself that I am sure
I'm all alone in this forsaken world
The demons are all around and I'll be killed now
Cold and wet my life is sold
Even with that I do not sow
Big Brother does not know
Of the feelings I am going through
Everyone else is gone and there is no hope left so
Why must I continue to pull to?
The slap that hit me across the face
What did I do?
They might be alive in a different case
He wants me to go on and move
I don't want to have hope
For it to be torn and taken away
If I know what it is how would I cope?
But still I may
Follow Big Brother to that place in the gaze
I might get what I want to release the fear
But I'm still in a daze
To truly know that I've lost so dear
