I feel
I feel around me warm and disgustingly gooey. My arms and legs flail pushing through the top gelatinous layer of wherever the hell I am. Feeling like I'm about to hurl I pull a hose like device out of my mouth and vomit. But then I see more shock and horror. Attached to my completely naked body are many more tubes, embedded into my arms, my chest, my spine and my legs. Out of curiosity my hand moves to the back of my head. To my surprise there is a huge plug sticking out which I'm pretty sure would not be a good idea to pull out myself.
"What the hell have I gotten myself into?" I mutter. Then I look at my surroundings. I sit in a huge pod filled with red liquid. As l look to my right and my left I see more of these pods filled with more human beings. As I look down and up I see more. Then I look directly out to space to more towers with these pods, more people.
"What is this place?"
But as I speak a large spider like creature descends upon me and grabs my throat and head. I feel the plug in the back of my head spinning around and coming out.
When the creature had finished its work it dropped me. I thought the worst was over. I couldn't possibly be anymore wrong than that. Suddenly all the tubes connected to my body started popping off. As the last one came off the back of the pod opened and I along with the liquid slid out of it.
I slid down, not knowing where I was going. Eventually I reached a deep pool of water. I attempted to tread the water but somehow my arms and legs failed me and I started to fall again when I saw a light from above. The last thing I saw before I lost consciousness again.
