Their 7th year at Hogwarts was finally over! Lily Evans and James Potter are finally going out. But will they last?
"Sirius, were going to be late." Called the very nervous James, this is the first time he gets to see Lily in about a month. Lily was a nervous wreck also she would wonder 'Is he cheating on me'
Knock, knock "Lily their here!" Shouted Jane.
"I'm coming!" Lily shouted from her room.
"Hi Jane!"
"Hi Babe!" Sirius gave her a big hug!
"Hi James!" Stated Lily coming down the stairs to the front door.
"Hi!" "I missed you!" She hugged him!
"I miss you too!"
"So where are we going?" Asked Jane "An Italian Restaurant!" Stated Sirius "Whoo Sounds fancy!" Giggled the girls. Lily still had the feeling that something was wrong with James she stayed quite most the night. When Sirius and Jane left to go dancing James decided it was time to find out what was wrong with Lily.
"Lily are you ok?" She shook her head. "Is something wrong?" She nodded her head. "What is it?"
"Are you cheating on me?" She asked in a whisper.
"WHAT? Lily where did you get that from I..."
"Well sorry for being concerned!" She yelled at him "It's just this is the first time we've talked in over a month." James took Lily's hand and kneeled before her.
"Lily, I chased you for 6 years of my life, I waited even when you had a boyfriend I waited, I turned down almost every girl because I felt you were the one." tears started to form in Lily's eyes.
"James..." Lily started but was cut off. "No Lily let me finish." She nodded. " Listen ok? I love you and only you no one and I mean NOONE can take your place in my heart. I hope you feel the same way." He paused. "But to not trust me enough to be away from you I just can't handle that, I thought you trusted me, now I see you don't." He blinked away the tears that started to form. " Well I'm done.. I-I-I don't want to be with someone who can't trust me." He walked out of the restaurant and Lily's life or so she thought.
