So, This is my first MCU fanfiction. This will be my take on the Iron Man 3 post credits scene, where Tony Stark had been telling his story to his friend, Bruce Banner. However, despite being the same scene, the only difference it has that Bruce Banner is Edward Norton, who portrayed him in the 2008 Incredible Hulk film, rather than Mark Ruffalo. Don't get me wrong, I love Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner. He's funny and charming, where I did expect from Banner at this point, but I really miss Edward Norton. So for the sake of the continuity with the Incredible Hulk film, I will have Edward Norton instead. Anyway, if you're a fan of the MCU, you may find it funny. So, I hope you enjoy this. Happy 10th anniversary, Marvel Studios!

Disclaimer: I do not own the Marvel Cinematic Universe films. They belong to Marvel Studios and Kevin Feige.

A Therapy Sesion

Cast:

Robert Downey Jr. - Tony Stark

Edward Norton - Bruce Banner

It seemed like it had been minutes, but in reality, it had been hours. Tony Stark had been talking to someone about his past traumas after Aldrich Killian's defeat at the oil tanker, Norco. In reality, he was talking to his long time friend, Bruce Banner. He and Banner met years ago during high school before Banner entered Culver University and both attended the science fair at the school. This would lead to a life-long scientific rivalry between the two and became best friends as well. They would not meet again until the Chitauri Invasion, when Banner was tasked with tracking down Loki using the Scepter and tracing down the radiation, with Stark's help. After the invasion, they became friends once again.

"You know, and thank you by the way. For listening. Plus something about just getting it of my chest and putting it out there in the atmosphere, insted of holding this in... I mean this is what gets people sick, you know? " Tony said as he was telling his story. "Wow. I had no idea you where such a good listener. To be able to share all my intimate thoughts and share it with someone, it just cuts the weight of it in half, you know? It's like a snake swallowing its own tail. Everything comes full circle. And the fact that you have been able to help me process-"

While Tony telling his story, Bruce had been sleeping. He was holding his glasses in his left hand. Suddenly, the glasses fell from his hand and Banner woke up. He had no idea what Tony was telling him. Tony looked at him in confusion.

"So Ummm-what" Bruce said to Tony, confused about what Tony was telling him.

"Are you with me?" Tony asked Bruce.

"I was. Yeah. So, Where were we at, um." Bruce replied.

"You were actively napping?" Tony told Bruce.

"No, no, no, I was, I, I, I drifted." Bruce said.

"Where did I lose you?" Tony asked.

"Elevator in Bern, Switzerland." Bruce replied.

Tony was surprised that Bruce had fallen asleep since the beginning of the story.

"So you heard none of it?" Tony told his friend in surprise.

"Tony, I'm sorry. I'm not that kind of doctor. I'm not a therapist. It's not my training." Bruce told Tony.

"So?" Tony said.

"I don't have the..." Bruce said.

"What? The time?" Tony asked.

"No. The temperament." Bruce replied.

Suddenly, Tony wanted to tell Banner more of his stories and ignored his friend's comment.

"You know what, know that I think about it, oh God, my original wound. 1983, you know, right?" Tony said,

"Yeah." Bruce said.

I'm 14 years old and I still have a nanny? That was weird." Tony said as he began telling his story.

"Oh, my god." Bruce said as he proceeded to sleep again.
