Night fell over the silent Valhalla. Lightning was extremely tired after a long days work so Odin helped prepare her a hot bath for her sore muscles. The Shiva sisters made dinner to help out as well. Lightning took her bath, ate dinner, and collapsed on her giant fluffy bed soon after. "Finally", Lightning said softly, closing her eyes as she listened the the ocean waves outside. She drifted off into a deep sleep, dreaming peacefully and breathing calmly.
Night fell over the silent Oerba. Caius and Yeul were on the beach for the night. Yeul sat next to the warm, glistening fire they build earlier, deep in thought. Caius is next to her, lying down in the sand with his hands folded behind his head and his legs crossed, sleep. He was in deep sleep but seemed to be in a troubling dream because of the expression of anger on his face. Yeul finally came back to reality only to find Caius' pained expression. "Caius", softly speaking, shaking him lightly. Caius wake up, slowly opening his eyes. "What's wrong", he groaned feeling groggy. "Were you having a nightmare". At that, Caius sat up, turning his gaze to the ocean. "No". In disbelief, she turned around to stare at the flickering fire. After a few moments of silence, he finally spoke, "Yeul, do you think... Lightning is better than me". In shock and raising an eyebrow in confusion, she simply said, "No". The truth was he had a dream that Lightning could outdo him in anything, battle, strategy, smart talk, anything, but he wouldn't admit that out loud. He had to find out for himself. "I'll be back, stay out of trouble". Yeul looked confused as Caius went on his way to Valhalla for something completely unexpected.
