Author'sNotes: This is the 3rd of 4 fictions so it would be a good idea to go read the first one first which is Monster High the Next Generation of Yugioh. Thanx oh and kindly R&R thanx again

It was summer. Probably one of the hottest days. Yamino sat the roof of her house trying to fan herself off while working on some new strategies for her Duel Monsters game. She had nothing planned for the day which was a good thing because she wouldn't have been able to complete any sort of plans today. As she was sitting there a emerald green light shot up from somewhere in the city. It looked like a giant green tornado. Yamino could feel the wind of it on her own skin. She stood quickly almost spilling her cards. "What was that," whispered to herself. She jumped off her roof and raced toward what seemed to be the origin of green light. Her mother, Tea was at the door. "Yamino come back the news men are telling everyone to stay in their homes!" she yelled at her daughter. Yamino shook his head. "Sorry mom, I might have work to do!"

She ran as fast she could toward the part of town that the light had come from her Millennium Puzzle banging against her chest. When she arrived she saw that there were cops cars and ambulences all over the place. There was a boy with blonde hair standing and watching the incident as well. She ran over to him. "Hey Brandon, how'd you get here before me?" she asked. He turned toward without his usual smile. "My house is just around the bock from here I saw the whole thing," he answered. "Then care to fill me in?" He shrugged. "Well I saw two guys dueling in this weird glowing ring that looked like a jewish star. Then the one on the right won and walked out of the circle then the loser was still in there and the whole thing exploded into green light." Yamino frowned. This couldn't be a shadow power. All the Millennium Items were accounted for and so were their uses evil and good. None of them did something like this. She walked over casually to the man that had been loaded on to the stretcher that she assumed was the loser of the duel.

She checked his pulse. He was fine physically, but his soul was gone. It was almost like shadow powers but the sense that Yamino got from this place was even more evil than the dark Osiris had been. It was almost like the whole atmosphre had been cantaminated by this evil. I grabbed Brandon's arm and dragged him away. "Take me to your house," I commanded him. He didn't question me and took me to an appartment house. No one else was home. "You call Amber and Ra and tell them to get their asses down here and I'll call Osiris and Mokuba." Brandon frowned, "Remind me again why we are calling all these people especially the insane guy that tried to take over the world last year?" Yamino glared at him. "Because we need all of the Millennium Item Holders to defeat this thing." He cocked his head in question,"Well I thought you told me that there were seven Millennium Items and I only count five people." Yamino sighed. "Well there is Shadi. He has the Millennium Keys and Scales. I don't know his number, then again he lives underground with the tombkeepers in Egypt so I doubt he actually has a phone. Anyhow he's smart enough to keep himself out of trouble and if we need him he'll probably figure it out and come." So with this explanation they got to calling.

When they were done there was bad news. "Amber said she can come but it will take her a few days to get here because she lives in Egypt. She flys over here every year just to go to the Duel Academy. And Ra isn't at home. Apparently he's on vacation in America. How about yours?" Brandon asked. Yamino looked downward then sighed and answered, "I can top you for that. Osiris lives in Egypt too but he had to get it cleared with the Tombkeeper people before he can even possibly come which will probably take a few weeks at the least. Mokba, this is the worst, the only way he can come is if his big brother comes too. Seto won't let him leave on some magical adventure without him." Brandon sat up on his couch. "Wait, Kaiba's still alive? I thought you said he was blown off the shipin your last duel!"Yamino shrugged, "I thought so too but I guess he's like a cockroach. You just can't get rid off him." Bradon laughed, "Well I guess you have to give him points for persistance."

Yamino fell back into his couch. She was no where near laughing. "Well we'll have to wait for the others before we make a frontal assault on the green light people. While we wait we should research stuff like this." Brandon groaned, "Even summers with you end with researching ancient cults and scary magic stuff." Yamino smirked, "Well we've got one hell of a wait ahead of us so why no make use of it?"
