"I won!!" Boasted a rather proud cobalt fur. "And I'd say it was fair and square but you couldn't stand a chance anyway, Shads" He said, futher rubbing in his win into the other's face. Shadow had his paws on his hips panting lightly as he just watched the speedster. Shadow had lost, he would be the first to admit it but he had a feeling Sonic would announce it before he got the chance. It was a close race but Sonic had manage to get a last minute burst of speed and snatched the win at the base of a large tree. Said hedgehog wiped the glistening sweat from his forhead with the back of a gloved paw. "Keep lookin' Shads, you know you want this" He teased as he took on a sexy pose.
"In your dreams Faker" The ebony fur scoffed.
"Suit yourself but if you decide to ravage me on the way back to the house, I don't play bottom" he informed with a wink.
"Yeah right" Shadow shot back.
"I am right, I don't"
"I bet you do"
"I bet I don't!"
"Fine, when I win, you spend a full day of shopping with Amy"
Sonic's face paled and then his trademark smirk came back to life. "I ain't gonna lose Shads, so when I win...I hope you're ready to make me dinner for a month."

"It was fun Sonic but you lost and don't you stand for that suff like honor and self...less...ness?" Shadow asked with a small smirk as he sat on the arm of the couch facing Sonic. The blue fur stood infront of the door with flattened ears.
"yeah but-"
"So, honor our bet and be selfless with Amy"
"Smug bastard" Sonic mumbled as he opened the door and Amy hugged him.
"I was so happy when you called!"
Sonic groaned and Amy dragged him away. The blue fur looked over his shoulder, to a triumphant looking Shadow, mouthing the words 'I'll get you back'
