A/N: This fic is for the Going, Going, Gone! Challenge for the prompt colour: lime green, It's 363 words.

Percy Weasley got ready for work as and went downstairs to eat his breakfast as his usual time. He wasn't prepared, however, for his mums outburst at seeing him.

"What have you done to your hair, Percy?" she exclaimed.

"I washed it this morning. Why?" he asked dreading the answer.

"It's lime green! Can't you see it?"

Percy shook his head.

He walked into the living to have a look in the mirror above the fireplace and all he saw was his normal was his normal reflection.

"I can't see any difference, mum," he said walking back into the kitchen.

"It seems as if someone has managed to charm your hair so everybody else can see the colour and not you. I wouldn't usually suggest this as I know that your work is very important to you, but I don't think it's a good idea to go into the office today. You might give the wrong impression to Mr Crouch if he was to see you with lime green hair," his mum said gently.

Percy debated the pros and cons in his head and decided that she was right; it certainly would give the wrong impression.

"I will send them an owl saying that I'm not well. The report that I started yesterday needs finishing so I won't have to sit around all day doing nothing," he told her.

"At least you will be able to get some work done," she said trying to console him.

As Percy went up the stairs he passed Fred and George on one of the landings.

"Nice hair, Percy," Fred sniggered.

"If I find out that you were responsible for this then I will tell mum all about those toffees you've been creating for your joke shop," he said threatening them.

"We have no idea how your hair turned lime green, Perce. And mum made us get rid of those toffees remember?" George said trying to look innocent.

It didn't matter what the twins said, Percy knew they were the ones who had done this to him and he would make sure that they paid for it. He just wasn't sure how to prove it was them.
