This is all done in Masaki's POV. And this is a fan-made pairing, I know! And I probably got everyone's character out of line...
Hiei: Hn.
... I hate you. And this part takes place after Soshi decides to stay with Riiko in her apartment after Night and Toshiki have that fight and Night gets all banged up.
I had left my apartment, alone. I was going to meet my girlfriend at the park. Nii-san wasn't home, for he was at Riiko-chan's, leaving me in charge of the apartment, so I got bored and hungry. And my girlfriend had called me, wanting me to meet her at the park, which was why I was walking there.
I shivered. It wasn't freezing cold out, but it was cool. I started to run, my hair whipping around like crazy. I hope I wasn't late.
"Masaki," a familiar voice greets me. I whip around and laugh nervously. It's amazing how a girl like her goes out with me, even though she's older and way outta my league!
"Mika-chan!" I say happily. Mika Ito, Riiko-chan's best friend and my girlfriend.
"I called you out here for a reason, y'know," Mika says in a cold voice. I blink in confusion.
"Oh yeah? Well, we have all the time in the world, Mika-chan!" I remind her in a bubbly voice.
"Masaki," Mika says.
"Yes?" What would she want? She looks at me with her emotionless eyes before walking away.
"Good-bye, Masaki Asamoto. I don't want to see you again." Time slows and speeds up. Mika was walking away even faster and my heart either A) had stopped beating or B) had slowed dramatically.
"Wh-what? Mika, wa-wait!" I run towards her. What'd I do? Did she meet someone her age? Mika stops and turns around, sending me daggers.
"I told you I don't want to see you," she says again in her icy voice.
"But- No buts. Good-bye." She resumes walking. I stop and just stand there. What happened? What was I gonna do now?
"What'll I do?" I ask myself. "Nii-san might worry... And my friends. They're sure to make fun of me now that a beautiful girl has just broke up with me. Should I save face and tell 'em all that I broke it with her? No, that's lying.
"Great," I say aloud. Maybe I won't tell anyone. Yeah! Only when someone asks, will I say the truth. But for now, I had better go back to the apartment.
Maybe Nii-san will be back and he'll cook for me! I run home even faster, though this blow to my heart is taking a toll on myself. I can only think of the girl that had given me happiness; Mika Ito, I still love you.
Yeah, this musta been OOC!
Hiei: How do you know?
Well, I'm not really sure how Masaki takes dramatic stuff like this. And Mika's character, to me, she seems like she just breaks up with men without really giving them a second thought, since she breaks up with them when she sees a man that's with another chick.
Hiei: Ohh...
BUT REVIEW!! And constructive critisism is always helpful! :D I really wanna make more fics of Absolute Boyfriend, so if anyone has any tips on how to keep the characters in character, that'd be much appreciated!
