Disclaimer: I don't own The Land Before Time characters
An old threehorn couple along with their daughters have arrived at the Great Valley. The elderly threehorn has finally decided to try and make amends with his remaining son.
Once they got throught the entrance, they were met up by Topsy and Grandpa Longneck. As soon as Topsy faced his dad, he growled and turned away. The elderly longneck turned his head to look at the younger male.
"Where are you going? Topsy, get back here," Grandpa pleaded.
"Talk to the ass, Longneck," Topsy sneered.
Grandpa turned his head back towards the other threehorns.
"Sorry about him; he's not in the greatest mood today," Grandpa said.
The elderly threehorn male nodded.
"I don't blame him; he still hates me for the stuff I said to him when he was like 6; I was the one who said he should've died instead of his brother," Tyrone said.
Tyrone's wife Theresa decided to go off and find Topsy; since she didn't want to talk to Tyrone right now.
"Did you see where Topsy went?" Theresa asked.
"I believe he went over to the Thundering Falls; my wife will show you around; she's headed this way," Grandpa replied.
The elderly female nodded and followed the elderly female longneck towards the Thundering Falls.
At the Thundering Falls; sure enough, Topsy was sitting at the edge of the water and looking at his reflection. Suddenly from the corner of his eye, he saw the one threehorn he missed the most. He stood up and turned around and nuzzled her.
"Mom; I missed you so much; sorry I walked off like that," Topsy replied.
"I understand; I'm sure your dad would appreciate your apology," Theresa claimed.
Topsy snorted.
"Dad should apologize to me first; he scarred me for life with that remark and almost drowning and losing Trike was bad enough," Topsy responded.
Theresa nodded; she knew her son and husband were both really stubborn.
"At least try to get along with your dad; I'm sure that deep down, you missed each other after all this time," Theresa said.
Topsy thought hard about it and then nodded.
"Okay Mom, I'll try," Topsy replied.
"Good," Theresa replied.
Soon enough, The other threehorns and Grandpa Longneck arrived at the Thundering Falls. Topsy felt awkward about confronting his dad after 40 cold times.
"Topsy; I know you don't like me right now; I just wanted to say that I'll do anything to make you like me again," Tyrone claimed.
"Oh Dad; did you really mean what you said about me all those years ago?" Topsy asked.
Tyone shook his head.
"No; I was just devastated by Trike's death; your mom and sisters knew I didn't mean it; but, you thought I hated you; do you hate me?," Tyrone wondered.
"I don't hate you Dad; it's just that remark you said to me really hurt my feelings," Topsy admitted.
Tyrone sighed and hoped to make it up to Topsy.
"Look; I'm sorry about that; I know sorry won't cut it; but, I really am," Tyrone said.
Topsy nodded.
"I'll forgive you; sorry about walking away; I was just shocked to see you after all these years," Topsy said.
Soon enough, Topsy and his dad made up.
There it is; the first chapter of my newest story completed. This takes place years before my The Land Before Time: A New Generation story. Topsy is reintroduced to his mom (Theresa), his dad (Tyrone), and his nestmate sisters (Celine and Rita). Celine, the youngest girl is the same color as Topsy and has green eyes. Rita the oldest daughter is the same color as Dinah and had dark eyes like Topsy. Their parents are light gray; Tyrone has the same eyes as Topsy and Theresa has the same eyes as Celine.
