Ginny is glad Harry got over Cho. Some people would say, uncharitably, that that's because now he might notice her. But that's not true.

She's equally glad and relieved that Harry's shown no sign of seeing her as anything more than his friend and Ron's sister. She genuinely hopes that he'll find someone who loves him, and who he can be happy with. He needs that more than anyone, after all.

And Ginny has found someone of her own.

The real reason she's glad he's over Cho is because, otherwise, he'd be crushed when he found out about them. And she never wants to hurt him.
