"Push!" the doctor urged the blonde woman that laid on the soft hospital bed.
There was the most beautiful kunoichi ever laying there grasping his hand. Or that's what Kiba thought.
"I'm trying!" she hissed hissed back trying once more to push the small bundle of sunshine out her.
"Okay, just one more should do it"
"It better" she threatened the woman mustering up the rest of her breathe and strength for the finale push. She screams and shouts in pain as the new born slowly inched its way out of her. The nurse quickly takes the child behind the curtain that divides the room followed by Kiba. 5 minutes later Kiba and the nurse return with baby wrapped in a pink blanket. He cradles small child and brings her to Ino with a smirk on his face.
"Happy mother's day Ino" he says placing a gentle kiss on her forehead
9 months earlier
"Come on Naruto take this seriously" Kiba was turning a bright red as his best friend howled with laughter on the ground
"I'm sorry Kiba but really you're planning that far ahead for mother's day and asking me for help?!"
"Yeah" Kiba answered unsure
"Wait wait wait a minute. Have you and Ino even had kids yet"
"That's what I've been trying to tell you the whole time baka! I want to make Ino a mother for mother's day!" Kiba yelled wacking Naruto on the head.
