I Found You

When Edward was human, he had a little sister. Even though she was only fourteen, he was her best friend. When he died, it killed her inside. She ran away, and a woman named Tanya, unable to have kids, made her a vampire.

1. That Little Girl

Her foster mother wanted her to wear dresses and act like a lady. She wanted to play sports with the boys next door. Her foster father wanted her to get perfect grades. She didn't want to bother with things like reading and penmanship. Her foster parents wanted her to forget her birth parents. She cried for them every night.

And one night she was tired of it. She left. She packed her favorite things and walked out the door. And she was hit by a car. And a beautiful woman, unable to have kids, had changed her. Made her like her. And that little girl became a vampire. And she learned from her mother, Tanya, that her brother was still alive. Or as alive as a vampire was.

So that little girl set off to find her brother, with nothing but the town of Forks, and the name Edward Anthony Masen Cullen on her mind.
