"I think it's time we got new pipes." Mario remarked as he and Luigi looked at all the broken pipes just hanging around in their house.

"But Mario... we don't know where to get new pipes!" Luigi exclaimed as he flailed his arms about.

Mario murmured as he rubbed his chin with his right hand. "Hmm... well, remember the last time we went on an adventure to get new pipes?"

"I rather not." Luigi stated as he noticed the wood rotting. "But, it looks like the pipes aren't the only thing this old house needs..."

Suddenly the entire house collapse on the Mario Bros, with them popping out of the rubble as they were covered in splinters.

Several minutes later, after reemerging from the rubble that used to be their home, with them them using a metal cap to get through the broken pieces of wood easier, Mario and Luigi noticed a bunch of Toads all complaining in Toad Town, with several homes reduced to piles of rubbish, just like their own house.

"What's wrong?" Mario asked as he approached one Green Toad, returning to his normal form.

The green Toad pointed at the pile of wood by the fountain. "That's what. Some jerk ruined my home abode!"

Luigi rubbed his chin as he was in deep thought. "Hmm... who could have done this?"

"I... might have a theory." Dry Bowser pointed out as he approached the Mario Bros, holding a piece of paper that had the initials 'MM'.

"First of all, what are you doing here?" Mario and Luigi simultaneously asked.

"Well, I was shopping for groceries so Petey here would stop eating everything," Dry Bowser explained as he pointed at Petey Piranha chasing after some frightened Toads, "And secondly, the Toad running that shop I came from told me about this very thing, and he showed me this."

"Hmmm.." Mario stated as he faced Luigi. "I'll try and help the Toads get their houses fixed. You should investigate this."

"Oh, why me?" Luigi moaned as Petey tackled him to the ground, the mutated piranha plant licking the green capped plumber, much to his annoyance.
