Characters: Don, Robin, the team.
Introduction chapter:
"Don't! Don, just don't! You can't do this!" Robin screamed at him, hot tears flowing down her neck and cheeks.
"Why not, Robin. They were everything..." he didn't want to finish that sentence, as he was talking to Robin.
"Because I'm pregnant, Don. I don't want some child out there wondering why their Dad didn't love them because you know I'm not going to have the heart to tell them that he died before they were even born! I know your brother was everything to you, but you're everything to me! I know it's awful what happened to Charlie and Alan and Amita, but Don, reuniting with them means leaving me and your child here! I could never do that to you, and you're about to do that to me!"
Don looked back at his wife, cradling her stomach and tears streaming down her beautiful face. Then he looked back down the side of the building he was perched on. His brother, father and sister in law, all dead, in boxes underground. But Robin, his companion, his partner, the love of his life….
He made his decision. He stepped of the ledge and made his way toward Robin.
