Okay, so...its a shorty, again. sorry. but i still hope you'll enjoy it :)

I didn't want to let him go.

I wouldn't let him go.

He struggled against the icy grip of my fingertips, grunting and crying out as I held him back. "I can't let you go. Yao. You said you wouldn't go." Tears were wetting his face now, hot droplets of filmy saltwater trickling from his hazel eyes. "IVAN!" He nearly screamed, jerking away from me but not escaping.

My hands were clenched tightly around the joints of his arms and I grabbed him and pulled him against me, so close that I could smell the blossom scent of his chocolate-brown locks and hear him panting desperately. He gave in to me, sobbing softly and slumping to the floor against me. I sat him against my chest, holding him tightly to make sure he didn't escape again.

"You said you loved me. You promised you'd never leave. I'm just making sure of that." I whispered to him to try and calm him down and stroked his silken hair. He trembled slightly.

"Tell me you love me...please..."

He didn't answer, only lied there in defeat. "GOD DAMNIT YAO! Tell me you love me!" I shook him. His tears were wetting my shirt. "I love you."

He was lying. I could tell.

"Say it like you mean it. Look at me." His shimmering eyes glanced at me, tinted a little red from him crying. Yao sniffled and stared helplessly at me. "I love you, aru." "Do you promise?" He was silent a little longer. "I promise..." He started to tear up a little again, and he wiped his eyes with the back of his oversized crimson and gold sleeve. I picked him up bridal-style and carried him over to the bed. Laying him down on the mattress, I stripped him down to his underwear and ordered him to stay there on the bed; he did as I told him. I went over to the table near the door of our room and grabbed a tie that happened to be lying there, locking the door in the process.

There was a soft whimper as I turned him over roughly and used the fabric to bind his wrists behind him, then laid him on his back. I got into my nightclothes and lied in bed next to him, pulling him into my arms and pulling the covers over our shoulders. It was beautiful; he was right were I wanted him, and I had him all to myself. His breathing was soft and I felt his torso rise and fall against my own chest as I stroked his velvety skin

"I love you, Yao."

"I love you, too."
