Chapter 1

'Daniel Arthur Cahill! Come here at once!' came the shriek from Her bedroom. With a capital H. Dan stopped playing his video game. Somehow Natalie wanted something. 'Come here NOW!' Natalie Kabra said once more. 'OK! I'm coming.' was Dan's reply. "What is it you want!" said Dan, clearly exasperated. 'What have you done to my dress!' she shrieked. Natalie pulled out an orange dress that used to be white. 'I don't know' came Dan's reply, sounding like he was in denial

'What do you mean!' said Natalie, her tone of voice dangerous now. '

Do you know how to use a washing machine?" asked Dan.

'Yes' Natalie said confidently.

'Alright then, do this' said Dan, handing her a pile of dirty clothes.

'Ewww' came Natalie's reply. She threw them on the ground. Dan threw them at her face.

"DAN!" she shrieked. "You are dead!"

Amy walked up the stairs. 'Is everything Ok?' she asked. Dan and Natalie were facing each other, glaring. 'He threw his dirty washing at me' said Natalie, clearly annoyed. 'Dan' said Amy 'Did you throw the washing at her?' 'No, mum' he said to his sister. 'I bet you did.' Amy had caught him out. 'Fine I did'. But Amy had left the room. 'You owe me a new dress' said Natalie, in triumph. 'What do I look like! A bank?" Dan exclaimed. 'You will buy me one NOW' she ordered. 'Do you have a butler?' she continued 'No' said Dan, looking really wide-eyed. 'But you'd make a terrible one' he said to Natalie. 'That is it. That is it.' She said to him. 'Come with me' and she took him by the hand. 'Do you have a limo driver?' she asked him, annoyed. 'No, Cobra' he said angrily. 'How else do we get there!' she exclaimed. 'Where are we going?' asked Dan. 'To buy me a dress. From Prada' Dan ran away and she lost her grip on him. Faster and faster did Dan run, along the footpath and through roads, making a turn whenever he pleased. Faster and faster did Natalie run, eventually catching up. She must've braved it tough running in stilettos. But as Dan turned the corner, his mind went into blackness.
