Life is Good

Hey people! This is my apology to you for taking down my two other stories, lo siento, really! I need to rework them, because I don't like them anymore. Here you go, just some caramel apple DG-ness! And please remember that Molly Malfoy is their daughter, not Ginny's mother.
The sun's rays beat a pleasant melody on a crisp fall day, and a laughing woman gave a shriek before she took off running with a rather leaf-y man in hot pursuit. She had only managed to run about twenty yards before she gave up the ghost, and turned to face him, hoping that the angelic smile on her face would ease her plight. She hoped in vain, for the man grabbed her and roughly shoved leaves down her back opposed only by her loud cries for mercy. He stopped shoveling dried foliage down her shirt only to pull her into his arms, and snog her stupid.
When he pulled back to let them both get some air, he was partially gratified to hear her uneven breathing and gloat that he could still cause her to catch her breath. This thought made him pull her closer, because he wanted to always be able to make her catch her breath, and know that he would always be the only one that could. In response to his actions, she buried her face into his chest, and let him just hold her. They stayed that way until a childish voice made them jump apart.
"Mummy!" the little girl cried, "Mummy, where are you?" With this query, the voice grew petulant, as though wondering why she had to search for Mum at all, because she was /Mum/. Mum was always there, she didn't go into the parks on the grounds, not unless the little girl wanted to go. She sighed, and trudged into another clearing, hoping that she wouldn't have to search too much longer. She was quite gratified to discover both Mum and Dad in the clearing, hugging. She broke into a run, unable to wait too much longer for dinner and a hug. Dad bent down to pick her up, and nestled her between them. There they stayed for a little while, until the day had passed, and reality began to call upon them once more.
But for Molly Malfoy, life was good.
