Squeak, Tease, Snore

Beep, beep, beep, beep.

That was the only sound that could be heard through the apartment and let me tell you something. That annoying sound is probably the worst thing to wake up when you get no sleep because your gorgeous, incredible, talented partner in crime decides to snore like thousands of trombones are playing beside your ear.

Beep, beep, beep, beep.

I rolled over, hit the snooze button and was about to go back to sleep when I took in a deep breath then opened both eyes to see her leaning against the door frame holding two steaming cups of coffee. Her hair stood out at odd ends, making it look like a beautiful, blonde mane. There wasn't a trace of makeup on her and she was wearing nothing but my old Princeton sweatshirt, to me she was the most beautiful sight that I could ever imagine. She was perfect and all mine.

She looked at me her eyebrows raised and a blush forming on her soft cheeks at my heated stare as she walked towards me and handed me a mug and I sat up, the bed squeaking a little.

"Like what you see," her taunting husky voice half purred, half sang as she licked her lips.

That tease, well two could play at that game. I thought to myself.

"Maybe, so what if I do, you weren't complaining before." Her breath hitched as she closed her eyes and unsuccessfully tried to repress a shiver.

Got you now,I thought to myself once again as I smirked happily.

I inhaled the hazelnut scent of my coffee and through have closed eyes I saw her smiling, her ocean blue eyes twinkling with a mischievous gleam. She pried my mug away from me and set it down gently on the night stand. When she turned around I saw the mischievous gleam in her eyes had turned hungry.

She stared at me like a hawk about to devour its prey and I gulped. A second later she went in for the kill and even with her mouth on mine, I could still feel that confident smirk of hers that I loved. And yes, the bed continued to squeak long after that.

Just a little thing my muse decided to plant in my mind. Thanks for reading and please review. Happy birthday April, I wish you all the best and hope that you enjoyed this.
