Prologue
My first attempt at fanfic just sayin'.

"Breathe..."
"I've gotta keep running"
"Otherwise..."
"Otherwise the darkness will overtake you"
That voice.
A flash of images flew by all containing, those vivid green eyes and that fiery red hair returned to her mind once more –
"Damn distractions" She muttered aloud.
Her sprinting escape suddenly came to a halt. The adrenaline was still running thick through her veins, her pulse beating in her ears and the sweat dripping from her lips.
"Crap" Cursing herself she looked up to see a blindingly white wall stand in her path. Wrong turn, she'd faltered thinking of 'him'.
Darkness suddenly loomed upon her and out of its seemingly never-ending depths a black gloved hand started dragging her.
"Got you!" A voice snarled through the air.
A piercing yellow glance met hers followed by a swish of ice blue hair. Her nerves suddenly cramped up, it shook awake the fear she'd been hiding back.
A shrilling scream escaped from her throat, it resonated off those blank faceless walls. Swift movements and the muffling of hands silenced that.
...And then the usual silence returned once more in The Castle That Never Was.
