"Terrorized Little Angels"
Jean Grey walked the halls of the school, making sure that all the kids were in bed asleep with the lights off. Lastly she checked up on the younger girls' room where a new arrival was suppose to be. She opened the door to find that Angela, and the three others were up talking. "Hello ladies," she surprised them.
"Miss Grey!" Angela greeted surprised at her presence.
"Okay, so I believe that it's fifteen minutes after bedtime."
"Why don't the other kids have to be asleep, yet?" Angela asked.
"Because you four are eleven to thirteen years old and need to wake up earlier than the older kids."
"Why do we have classes the earliest?" Kayleigh asked as she pulled her covers up.
"Because older kids don't need as much time to play outside. So, now enough with the questions. Now I expect you all to be well rested in the morning. Goodnight ladies," Jean Grey said as she closed their bedroom door.
"Goodnight Miss Grey!" the girls said in unison.

"Miss Grey?" Scott called as Jean turned off the last light in the mansion.
"I'm coming!" she said as she entered the lightly lit hallway. She entered her and Scott's room to find him at the desk by the window. "Yes, Mr. Summers?"
"I was wondering how long you'd be checking on the kids."
"Well, Angela had Kayleigh, Jasmine, and Leslie up."
"Angela's the new girl, right? About ten?"
"Eleven. She's the youngest one right now."
"So, what took so long putting them to bed?"
"They had to ask a bunch of questions about why they have to have lights out three hours before the rest of the kids."
"Oh, so are you checking on the older kids, too?"
"No. Ororo's taking that shift. So, at least I can hopefully sleep through the night unless there are any disasters."
"Jean, maybe we should have a rule. No disasters from kids ages ten to thirteen after eight at night and none after eleven for the older kids."
"Good idea, but I don't think it will happen."
"Too much to ask for?"
"Yeah, I think so."
