I'm making a point that I did not come up with this idea. My friend had a dream one night and this is sort of how it went. And I promised her I'd give her credit for it! Thanks for being such a crazy dreamer!
It had been such a dreary day. Raining outside, humidy and sticky everwhere you went. There was no escape from the beginning of Spring, of which I hated. It meant that graduation was right around the corner and we'd have to say goodbye to our senior friends. I felt as horrible as the weather as my friends and i moped around in the bandroom during homeroom. We talked idly as quickly copied each other's homework and I had realized that I had forgotten a book in my locker that I needed desperately to finish my homework. I didn't want to make the long journey down the hall alone, so I asked two of my friends to come with me.
"Hey, Rachel and Brooke, will you guys come with me to my locker quickly?" I ask and they nod.
We walked to my locker and I stood at it, fiddling with the combination. It was the end of the year and I still didn't know it correctly, pathetic, right? I grabbed my book and we mad e our way slowly back to the bandroom. Lethargic from waking up only an hour or so before. Just as we get to the band suite's doors, another friend emerges from the stairwell.
"Guys, I just saw Jacob in the library, he says you need to get up there immediately!" She says excitedly
Rachel, Brooke and I all exchnage anxious looks. What could possibly be in the library that was so urgent? We started climbing the stairs when another person was walking down, one we didn't like very much.
"Hey guys! Where are you going?" She nosed into our business and it set me off.
I swiftly backhanded her, "Get! Out!" I exclaimed before walking on, my friends following behind me.
We soon arrived at the library, anxious to see what waited inside for us and walked in. It was completely empty and dark inside. No sign of the mean old librarian anywhere! What a treat! And suddenly, the lights turned on and we were having an inappropriate pants off dance off. Just Kidding. Suddenly, Jonah Green emerged from the bookshelves with our friend Jacob. I nearly sharted. What the hell was JonahtheGreat doing in my school's library. Rachel, Brooke and I let out fangirl screams as we ran over to him and hugged him. It felt oddly like something you'd see on Oprah.
"What are you doing here?!" Rachel asks
"Just thought I'd visit, since you guys are like the funniest people I follow on Twitter!" Jonah says as he winks.
I laugh, "Oh Jonah, we know we're hilarious, if only other people could be blessed by our glorious sense of humor."
"Not all people enjoy joking about sharts and eating babies like we do." Jacob lets out a laugh as well.
Brooke guffaws at this, "We really are too funny to be around all of these peasants at school."
"Oh really?" Asks a curious Jonah, as he snaps his fingers and there are suddenly no more people in our school, just the five of us.
For the rest of the day we just walk around the school laughing at each other, because we're just honey badgers who don't care. We make it a point to shart in every teacher's desk before we leave for the day to explore our dead town and find other things to make fun of.
"Wow, I really need to write a fanfiction about this day!" I say and the others agree.
The End -For Jonah, his first fangirl fanfic, or maybe not.
