Batman vs spiderman: Battle of the century

Batman and spiderman have just met. And now they're fighting. These facts can't be good. Plus, it's not an ordinary fight. Its a battle to the death.

Batman was looking into the eye of his new rival, spiderman. "Well, batman,I think its time to retire because I'm gonna crush your fucking SKULL,'!" Batman was was not imtiminated by his rival's threat. When batman traveled around the world, a ninja warrior told him: One shall not listen to anothers threats, because those who do, are afraid. Spiderman struck batman with a punch to the face. Batman then threw a batarang at him which spiderman dodged because of the spider-sense. "Ya see bats, you can't hurt me! I exactly know when you're gonna attack! I'm invincible!" "Every man has a weakness Parker." Spiderman laughed. "Well good luck trying!" He said as he gut punched batman. Batman threw down a sonic batarang. "Was that supposed to do something?" Then,the spiderman's spider sense started the make a high pitched noise. "Aughhhhhh!" Batman then kicked and punched spiderman, knocking him out. Batman then left and fled off in the night. Spiderman then awoke. "Batman, since youruined my life, I'll kill you for this."

What caused this massive fight to the death?!
