It was New Years Eve. The Justice League was having a party for the Team and the whole League. Everyone was having a blast and everyone was laughing and enjoying themselves. They were also celebrating the anniversary of the Team liberating the Justice League from the control of the Light.

"Everyone gather around to celebrate!" yelled the Flash on top of a table. "Let's give it up to the Team who freed us all from the control of the Light. YEAH!" He was obviously a little tipsy and Superman had to drag the speedster of the table.

It was 11:58 and Kid Flash and Flash started passing around the drinks. Apple cider for the kids and champagne for the adults. Captain Marvel was perfectly fine with his apple cider. Well it was supposed to be cider for the kids, but the two Flashes thought that it would be a good joke to switch things up a bit.

11:59 now and everyone was moving over to where their New Years kiss would be. Robin was edging closer to Zatanna, Wally moved over to his spitfire, and Kaldur was waiting for Rocket. green arrow moved next to Black Canary. Conner held M'gann in his arms.
The ball was dropping and the countdown began

New Years!
Everyone took a swig of their drinks and several things happened at once. Robin and Zatanna leaned into kiss each other when they suddenly their drink spirted out of their mouths. The same thing happened with Conner but M'gann began to suddenly throw up. Aqualad and Raquel both took down their drinks when suddenly they realized that something didn't taste right. Only Wally and Artemis remained unaffected whatsoever and had a wonderful kiss.
The adults noticed something too but they didn't have such a drastic reaction. Their champagne was too sweet and way too apppley. Captain Marvel began throwing up all over the floor.
"That was not apple cider." he groaned.

Everyone looked at Wally and Artemis. "It wasn't me." said Artemis as she put her hands up.

Wally and Flash had switched the adult's and the kid's drinks so that everyone got the wrong drink. The Team began to advance on Wally upset that their New Year's kiss was ruined.
Batman dropped down between the two sides, "Stop. Wally let's have a little talk about alchahol and minors." he growled as he took Wally by the arm and began to give a bat-lecture.

Everyone just looked at each other and shrugged. They knew that he would be straightened out.
