Ello ello there! So this is my first story in forever! I truly do like Girl Meets World although the writing could be improved from time to time. In this story we meet Rose, a new girl. The first paragraph is an excerpt from her journal that she keeps on her laptop. I usually hate reading OC stories, but we'll see what happens with this one.

"New York is one the most ethnically diverse places in the world. And even more so in personalities and backgrounds. You have the bad girl with a single mother struggling to make ends meet; this beautiful blonde is so used to being let down that her expectations have diminished to nothing over time. Then there's the quirky girl whose parents' love story is one that we would all dream of; this quirky brunette has a big heart and refuses to leave anyone behind. Then there are the guys. The boys of New York have their own stories to tell too. There's the adorable nerd with a genius father; he's a total sweetheart and a catch, despite what most people would say. And then there's the new guy from Texas, with a back story all his own; probably the most handsome guy I've ever met and the best friend I've ever had."

Two best friends walked with their arms linked into the subway station for school. Their steps were in sync and just as they sit down at the bench, pages upon pages of paper fluttered before them with a frantic calling coming from their right.

(Riley's POV)

"Can somebody please help me?!" a voice calls from my right. Maya and I both must have heard it because we both turn our heads to see who the voice was coming from. It was a girl who looked about our age was roughly Maya's height. She has wavy black hair that comes down a little past her shoulders and pretty dark-brown eyes. Her voice also seems quite frantic so I unlink my arm from Maya's and help her pick up the papers, and Maya follows my suit. In a couple of minutes we have all the papers picked up and we hand them back to her.

"Thank you, and um, sorry to put you out of your way," she tells us.

"No problem at all," I tell her.

"You look a little out of it," Maya points out, "anything we can help you with?"

"Actually yes. I just moved here and it's my first day of school and my best friend was supposed to help me but I think he's running really late. Do either of you know how to get to John Quincy Adams Middle School?" she asks.

"You're in luck, that's our school. You can follow us," I say and get a thankful smile in return. The subway pulls in and we all climb on, somehow managing to snag three seats all next to each other.

"Oh! I almost forgot," I state, "I'm Riley and this is Maya. Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too. I'm Rose," Rose says.

"So Rose, who's your homeroom?" Maya asks.

"Um, let me check," Rose says and begins to consult one of her many papers. "Mr. Matthews, History. What's your critique?"

"He's crazy!" Maya answers before I can, "total nutjob. He's always trying to give you life lessons hidden in his actual lessons." Maya looks at me and we both burst out laughing.

"And, he's also my dad," I explain to Rose who is understandably confused.

"But don't worry Rose," I say.

"You're gonna love New York," Maya finishes.

So there is the first chapter of The Fifth Friend! Albeit it is a bit short, but if you want me to continue the chapters will definitely get longer. That is only if you guys like it though, so please review! It would mean the world to me! You can send in any ships you want to happen or really anything you want to see.

Until next time... Pakistani girl is out! Peace!
