NCIS: Yet Another Sexual Harassment Lecture

Summary: Everyone's favorite NCIS team is stuck at yet another sexual harassment lecture. But what goes differently when Kate gets bored? Tate, McAbby, and Jibbs.

'Another sexual harassment lecture.' Kate thought. Gibbs' team all sat in the same row, in the auditorium.

It went, from left to right: Jenny Sheapard, Gibbs, McGee, Abby, Kate, Tony, Ducky, Palmer.

Jenny and Gibbs were using their notepads for a conversation. McGee and Abby were cuddling, to the lecturers dislike, though Gibbs had fought for them, and obviously won. Tony and Palmer were sleeping. Ducky was dozing off. Kate, Kate had been reduced to writing "Kate Todd" and "Caitlin Todd" on her notebook.

She soon got bored with that though, so she decided to wake up Tony.

She poked him, and he woke with a start.

"Don't suck my blood!" He whispered. Kate just laughed at Tony.

"Tony, I'm bored, entertain me." Kate whined.

Tony couldn't resist Kate when she whined to him, or even if she smiled.

"Okay Kate, play along."

Ducky nudged Palmer awake, who stared at Kate and Tony.

Tony stood up and raised his hand, pulling Kate up with him.

Gibbs and Jenny stopped their conversation and looked at them. Jenny looked at them with a smile on her face. Gibbs on the other hand, looked at them threateningly.

McGee, who noticed the scene unfolding before him, shook Abby awake, who looked at them with an excited face. McGee only looked at them with an 'Iknewit' face.

Ducky and Palmer were still looking at them. Ducky with sheer amusement, and Palmer with awe at their bravery.

"Yes, sir?"

"Is it considered sexual harassment if I do this?" Tony asked grabbing Kate's hips.

"Yes, sir, that could be considered harassment. Now-"

"What if I do this?" Tony asked grabbing Kate's ass, making her jump and squeal in the process.

"Yes, sir that is. Now sit-"

"What if I do this?" Tony asked grabbing Kate's hips again, pulling her so close their bodies touch, lips only millimeters apart.

"Yes sir, now sit down."

"Thank you ma'am." Tony said.

Kate made a movement to sit down, before she realized that Tony's hands were still on her hips holding her there. Kate knew that everyone was watching her, which would have bothered her on any other day, but being this close to Tony, made her not care.

"Tony-" was all she got out, before she felt his lips on hers, she kissed him back, wrapping her arms around his neck.

"Sir, ma'am, that is harassment, stop it."

The lecturer tried, but soon Abby grabbed McGee's tie and kissed him.

"You 4, stop that." The lecturer tried again, but was unsuccessful as Gibbs and Jenny started to kiss also.

"Uggh." The lecturer gave up.

Kate and Tony stopped for air, resting their foreheads against each others.

"Kate, I love you, I always knew the woman I would love, would blow my mind away with a kiss. That is you."

"Tony, I love you too."

Kate and Tony kissed again. But now, everybody in the audience started clapping.

It was by far the most effective, amusing, and interesting Sexual Harassment Lecture, ever at NCIS.
