Wren is experiencing trouble with Cath when she tries to revive the broken relationship between her and her mother. I woke up with a sharp pain in my head, what the heck happened last night? I sat up and looked at the beams of light coming through the draped covered windows. I ruffled my short brown hair and sighed, "Where's Courtney?" I asked my self. My roommate wasn't in my dorm and neither was her purse. I heard my phone ring and got up slowly because of my stupid headache.

I answered my phone, "H-hello?" "Wren, last night was crazy! I never knew you could take shots like that," Courtney and I apparently partied pretty hard if i have this bad of a headache, "Courtney where are you? I'm in our room and class starts in an hour," "Oh I went to Maggie's place, her boyfriend got his hands on some pills, isn't that amazing!" I hung the phone up after saying, "Yeah nothing says fun like ruining your organs!" I'm a drinker, I smoke, I took drugs last weekend for the heck of it, but it bothers me when people take drugs and smoke. My sister is right, I'm a hypocrite.

I sat in my bed for a good half hour when the door burst open. I sprang from the bed and stared at my twin sister, Cather. People can tell us apart because of our hair styles, she has long brown hair thats always up in a bun or a ponytail. Back to Cath, she was standing in the door way looking angrier than ever,

"You-you! I can't think of the right word to describe you. There is no word in the english language to describe how much I hate you at this moment," her brown eyes blazing with anger and disapproval. I started to think,"She knows about the drugs, the smoking, the alcohol. All of it" I stood there playing it cool while I was crying inside. When she said the reason she was yelling and screaming at me I wasn't worried anymore.

"Mom left us, and you go and talk to her, you go and see her, what next you meet her kids? Her husband? Do you waltz and go 'Hi mom, hey dad! Oh how's it going little joey?' They aren't your family! We have no mother! She left us!" Cath cried as she said it. I rolled my eyes at her for not being as excepting as me. That was the last straw for Cath, I rolled my eyes at her after she released some of her anger. Cath never gets angry, she bottles it up, so when she gets angry she lets loose, "You are not my sister, you are a stranger." she slammed the door shut behind her and went her own way. It was official, my sister was gone.
