Anna heard the sound of Hans pulling out his sword. She turned and watched as Hans quickly pulled his arm back and forcefully thrusted his arm for the queen's back.
"No!"
Anna tried her hardest to rush over to her sister. As she moved, she watched as Hans stabbed the queen and shoved his sword through her back, just missing her spine, and quickly pulling it out.
Anna pushed herself harder to move faster towards her sister and weakly shoved Hans away. The princess was so weak she was barely able to lift up her sister and hold her. Her left hand gently held Elsa's head as her right hand, now frozen, was heavily pressed against the wound. Elsa's breathing was quick and very unsteady.
The queen spoke as tears started to fall down her face. "Anna. You're alive."
"Of course I am, and Elsa you're going to be too. Just look at me and talk to me. You're going to be okay."
The tears that ran down Anna's face were starting to freeze. Elsa reached to wiped them away.
"Anna," she spoke softer. "You're so cold. Please-"
"No," Anna interrupted. "I'm not going anywhere. Elsa I'm staying with you. I've lived my entire life not being able to see you. I'm not going to leave you ever again."
Elsa smiled. Her tears fell harder and she grew weaker. "Anna, I love you so much. I have always loved you. I'm so sorry-"
"No don't be sorry," Anna interrupted again. Her arms started to freeze around Elsa's body. "I love you too, Elsa."
The queen gave her sister a worried look, but then smiled. Her breathing started to slow down and she slowly and delicately placed her hand on the princess's cheek once again.
"I will always love you Anna."
Her sister smiled back.
Just then, the queen began to sing to her sister. Her voice was so low and faint but still sweet and beautiful.
"You are my sunshine, my only sunshine
you make me happy when skies are gray
you'll never know, dear, how much I love you"
Anna then finished for her.
"Please don't take my sunshine away"
Elsa's hand fell of Anna's face and down to her side. Her eyes were shut and her breathing had stopped.
"No." Anna whispered to herself. Her body started to freeze entirely. The last thing she saw was her sister, dead, in her arms.
Anna was completely frozen.
