A/N: I think it's a drabble, but I'm not quite sure what a drabble is…
Sara was leaving, and each member of the team asked what she wanted as a going-away present. Each time, she said the same thing, "Surprise me." But all she wanted was one thing. And only one person could give it to her.
All throughout her last day, each member of the graveyard shift came up to her and said their goodbyes. All except Catherine, who knew what she wanted to give, bit wasn't sure how.
She caught Sara in the bathroom alone, just what she wanted. She walked up to her, empty handed.
"I know I haven't been the friendliest person in the world, but there's one thing I wanted to give to you…" Catherine let the words fade. Then, without warning, she kissed her.
That was all Sara wanted.
