Harry and Ginny had became close ever since 5th year. If you asked one of Ginny's brothers; they would say the same thing. That they where too close of friends, but Ginny & Harry always knew the real reason to it and it was because she was their baby sister.Only sister actualy and where the last people besides Voldemort to make mad.
Ginny's brothers were not the only ones suspicious.Most of the Order were woundering the same thing. Some woundered if they were going out.,but the 3 people that woundered this the most was Sirius,Remus and Tonks.The reason was that was because it seemed that Harry was mostly writing to Ginny and that they had not gotten a letter since 5 monthes ago. They disappeared one day before the fire at Harry's aunt's house killing all 3 of them. So most people now a days thought that both of them where dead. Espaly after the haunting not from their worse enamy. Only a few still believed that they could be alive.All they know is that their was a note sent to The Weasley on the night that they disappear.The not said the :
