Everyone started rushing to the area they talked about, Sasaki is questioning if he should go or not, but in the end, he does. He is near the middle of the group, but he is hearing that a lot of the people in front was wiped out. He gets to the front line and there is 4 ghouls, but for some reason, he felt like he seen them before. His friends are also next to him. They know what to do. They drop their suit cases and let their quinques (kagune) out, in an instant the one with a bunny mask jumps on them, they dodge the person attack without a trouble and in a moment cuts it deep into its arm.
In moment they all jump on them one after another they each get injured (The ghouls). All of them are talking to each other, and in a moment the bunny mask fell. Sasaki saw her face and memory passed his mind. Please don't leave me... why did you have to change... trash like you should stay out of anteiku. The memories all rushed into his head, he remembers everything. Touka... he damaged everyone he loved (except hide since he isn't there). In sudden anger he looks at himself saying, "in order to protect the people you must get stronger." He stands up and unleashes another kagune, the one that belong to tsukiyama. He kills almost all of them, but he can't do this alone, he is massively injured. An from the corner of the eye he sees a boy with wings fall from the sky (touka brother) and he finishes the rest of them. All the ghouls celebrate (the 4 with ayato), but kaneki stays away, for touka last word kept popping up in his head.
Ayato goes up to him and ask him for a favor, " I want my sister to be able to protect herself, but in order to do that she must gain her second wing."
Kaneki replied instantly, " And how may I help you?"
Ayato replied instantly, "I will 'hit' your head on the wall, and I shall run with you in one of my wings." They went with the plan and they got away.
