A young woman sits down at the large dining table that was placed close to the center of the gigantic castle room. Her dark blue hair gently falls over her cold shoulders, covering the skin that was not already hidden by her silk nightgown.

She placed down a paper in front of herself and held her feather quill pen in her pale right hand. It was shaking slightly- Whether it was the cold air or something else was unknown. Without a moment of hesitation, she places the tip against the light yellow paper and begins writing with smooth movements. Her writing style is cursive and proper. Most would consider it beautiful; a bit difficult to read, if anything.

" Tomorrow is the day that I will get married to the man I love.

I was actually quite surprised when he finally decided to propose, to be completely honest. I simply assumed he was not interested in marriage, since it took such a long while!

Might it be that he simply did not have the courage to ask?

I always saw Brady as a very straight-forward person, but it is understandable that he would be nervous.

I am unsure if I should be excited or scared myself! I asked Father about it, however it seems he does not want to speak of it.

He did help me last week, though- to pick out a wedding dress! Ah, it is simply wonderful.. I wish you could see it. "

Tears now stained the paper, slightly blurring the dark ink that had yet to dry completely. She tried wiping them away with her thumb, but it only made the blur worse. With a defeated sigh, she realized that she would have to accept the consequences of her emotions. So she wrote again.

" Tomorrow, I will marry the man that I love.

It will be a large wedding- Of course.

I am the princess. I have to have a large wedding.

... If it was not for you, I would not have been able to marry at all.

I am forever grateful. We all are.

Everyone misses you. Especially father.

I wish you could be here now.

To see my wedding.

To make father happy again.

I love you,

mother.
