"Hah-row or Hay-row," Ducky repeated.
He was not asking for the sake of asking. He had worked at NCIS for over twenty years, he had seen first-hand what one mistake on a mission could lead too. He had recording the deaths of too many agents and seen to many close calls. Too much pain and sorrow. He had also seen disillusioned agents walk away.
He was not going to let a mispronounced name cause him so much grief.
"Hah-row or Hay-row," he asked again.
"Harrow," Ziva insisted as she made him look that part. He decided to take Ziva's word.
