A/N: I have NO IDEA what I am doing with my life anymore.

Please forgive this blasphemy.

"…Wally. Stop it," Artemis hissed, crossing her arms and giving him a glare to rival Batman. "Why are you laughing so much."

The redhead let out another howl of laughter, drawing wary glances and uneasy movement from the crowd around them. "You. Are. Embarrassing us," she grit out, tossing a look at the gymnasium floor. Happy Harbor High School was in a cheerleading competition against Gotham Academy, and the entire team—sans Robin, who evidently had some "bat business" to take care of—was there to cheer M'gann on.

Artemis almost pitied her Martian friend. Gotham Academy was notoriousfor having a brilliant cheer team, especially since they had only male cheerleader in the larger New England area. Dick Grayson may have been a weird, nerdy little kid, but man did that guy have some moves.

With one last elbow jab in the direction of her favorite ("no, M'gann, that's sarcasm. I don't like him") speedster, Artemis leaned back on the Happy Harbor bleachers and prepared for the show. Kaldur sat to her left, looking distinctly uncomfortable with a jacket zipped up past his neck and mittens. In the spring. Conner sat on the riser below them, eyes intently focused on M'gann and looking dramatically less constip—er, moody than he did usually, Artemis corrected herself.

The Happy Harbor Hornets were up first; M'gann executed a flawless somersault and, despite a general lack of interest (or respect) towards cheerleading, Artemis couldn't help but be impressed.

Wally, however, was acting distinctly absurd. He wasn't wolf-whistling, wasn't trying to get down on the gym floor and "score," wasn't hitting on any of the cheerleaders—he was still giggling like a madman. Artemis frowned and tried to trace his line of sight. He seemed to be looking at the door that led to—

Wow. That Grayson boy was—wow. Artemis lifted her eyebrows and resisted the urge to wolf-whistle herself. That boy was fine in skin-tight clothing, and Artemis could not care less that he was thirteen.

Wally burst into another round of cackles and Dick shot him a glare.

"Next up—the Gotham Academy Bats!" the announcer's voice boomed out, and the group of cheerleaders proudly paraded out with Dick in the lead.

"One, two, here we go!" the boy cried out, and they immediately leaped into action.

Artemis swore her eyebrows flew off her face.

The group immediately leaped into a series of flips, cartwheels and spins that left her mind reelingevery stunt was hit dead-on, and in the middle of everything?

Dick Grayson.

He was currently performing what was probably supposed to be a double-somersault but Artemis could only describe as sex appeal in acrobatic form. That kid was a beast. He didn't stop moving for an instant, spinning across the gym in cartwheels and ninja flips and—holy shit, did he just do the splits?

The music came to a stop as Dick was hoisted into the air and performed one last backflip onto the ground.

The entire crowd was silent.

"Pff—fft—HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Wally's voice echoed clear and hysterical through the entire gymnasium as he literally rolled down the bleachers and landed in mess of limbs on the gym floor. He kept laughing.

Artemis slammed her palm into her face.

Dick Grayson calmly walked up to the Wally West and kicked him in the balls.
