A/N: Hey, this story is set between 05X06 and 05x07, it's the second case with Morgan in charge and things aren't going that create. Tensions run high between the members of the team and JJ is out for blood. Emily and Hotch are married, JJ and Rossi are together and so is Penelope and Morgan. It's set after my story "Can't stop him again" although you don't have to read it first to understand this one. Set specifically after the end of the case the team was working in "Outburst". J.J. was angry to say at least. In the last two cases her life was living hell. All because her –former- friend Derek Morgan took a sadistic pleasure in watching them all suffer. She turned around on the bed and watched her roommate Emily Prentiss looking up the sailing awake.
"Can't sleep?" she asked her brunette friend.
"Well, I haven't slept alone in over a year or so… what do you expect?" the woman turned to her side and her dark eyes met her light ones.
"You think we should knock on their door? Switch maybe?" J.J. looked at Emily hopefully. She asked the same question every night during this and the last case but Emily always said that they had to follow Morgan's orders support him on this new challenge and not make Hotch feel guilty about his decision, especially since it was something that was out of his control and defiling him by switching roommates would be wrong. Under different circumstances Emily's loyalty to Hotch would be sweet and almost romantic but Jennifer Jareau had gone too long without proper sleep in the arms of the man she loves to think that way.
"You know what… screw Morgan's orders. I can't sleep without Aaron Hotchner and you can't sleep without Dave Rossi, since these two share a room and we are sharing a room I say we get to switch. I'll go to their room and I am sending Rossi back here A.S.A.P."
