As Chilly is about to finish off Katie with his Ice Knife,Katie turned,
showing her face without her hood,Chilly gets flashbacks,of earlier,of how she saved him,forgave him,and started trusting him.he hesitated.
he couldnt finish her off,niether did he want to hurt or harm her like earlier.but he thought that if he at least captured katie,dedede would be satisfied enough.Chilly picked up katie and took her to dedede.but when tiff,tuff and kirby arrived at kirby's house,they saw Chilly holding katie,and they thought the worst.tiff and kirby told tuff to go in the house to see if there was evidence if there thought of Chilly killing Katie was right.tuff came out and said theres no evidence of anything.
then the went to find Chilly and Katie.when they were finally found them they began spying.dedede was furious that Chilly couldnt finish katie.
dedede dragged the sleeping katie over in front of an ice dragon,and he made a loud roar sound,which woke katie up.shivering of cold and fright,
katie was stunned in fear."ice,dragon,finish this good for nothing nurse!"ordered dedede.the ice dragon was about to crush katie,untill Chilly pushed her out of the way.kirby decided to help out chilly and katie."Chilly,throw a snowball at kirby,kirby,inhale it!"requested katie.
chilly threw a snowball at kirby and kirby inhaled it and became ice kirby,and remembered how to defeat it last time,then froze the ice dragon from the inside.as he was freezing him,meta knight saw what was happening,and saw Chilly,remembering last time,but thinking that was still an evil Chilly,and jumped over to chilly.Katie walks over and greets meta knight."Stay away from that snowman!" he commands.he then takes out his sword and is ready to stab Chilly.when meta knight moves his sword to stab,katie jumps in the way and gets stabbed instead.kirby is finished with the ice dragon and turned around,everyone is shocked.
"meta knight,what happened??" exclaims tiff."she truely cares about Chilly..." he replied."i guess...Chilly saved her too!" said tuff."she needs medical attention immideatly."says meta knight.Chilly picks up katie and goes to the cappy town hospital with tiff,tuff,kirby and meta knight following him.when the reached the hospital,the doctor said she would be fine if she keeps bandages on her hand(where she was cut with the icicles) and her stomach(where she was stabbed).everyone was relieved.the next day,katie regained conciousness,and relized the snow was starting to fade,and went to look for chilly,and see if she could save him at least one more time,when she found him,he was getting smaller.
she placed chilly in his blue hat,and still had his scarf on.she went to kowasaki's and asked him if he had a closet sized freezer.he nodded at her question,then asked why.Katie showed him the inside of Chilly's hat.
he was getting even smaller."yeah,in here,hurry!" said kowasaki.katie quickly put chilly in the large freezer.when she closed the freezer door,
the looked concerned."all we can do now,is wait..."
