One last time

Flashback from 6 months ago……………
Tails, I have to go I have no choice to do other wise so I have to.
I'm sorry that I "have to do this to you dear but if you want to
see me again I must do this. I must sacrifice myself to them today."
Starfire said tears in her eyes. Shh felt a must to cry but she had
to hold back. She hated this aspect in her life that she had to face
and it plagued her for weeks.
"I'm sorry that I had to do
this but it's for the best. I love you and you won't have time to
think on that so here." Tails said embracing her slowly, his
fingers in her hair while it rained outside around them. He let go
and Starfire began to cry in doubt and sorrow. She covered her eyes
with her hands and wept. She soon wiped her tears.
"I have to go now and I love you too but I can't kiss you like you did me. It's just fear of commitment that makes me. I don't want to braek your heart again so I have to go now. Good bye Tails and I will be back but it will take a while and I will return in a different land than ours." Starfier said. She lastly ran from him leaving the Chasol emerald necklace on the ground.
"STARFIRE LOVEGOOD!!" Tails screamed and came down to the ground in anguish. He gritted his teeth and cried hysterically and his shoulders shook violently as he saw the love he had fade in his eyes.
"Star…fire." He sobbed.
"Tails…I will return don't worry." A ghost of her came to him and touched his face. He looked up at her and saw her pretty face one more time.
"Starfire…return to me." Tails said tears in his eyes.
"I will dear. I will my dear Tails." She said quietly. In her ghostly form she kissed him her small little fox paws touching his muzzle. She dispersed from him and left hi in despair in the freezing rain. He tried to pull himself together but no avail.
