Claire pov

I woke up from my sleep, with the sun light beaming through the gap of the rose-red curtains on my face, I rolled over to expecting to find a Shane sized pillow for me to lie on ,But that side of the bed was empty must have gone into work early,I sighed.

I got out of my warm bed, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes I shuffled over to the night stand on Shane's side of the bed to reach my phone, 1 new message From Shane 15 missed called from myrinn.

I smiled the text, every time he called me beautiful it gave me butterfly's in my stomach.I checked the time 9.45,Shit im late for work.I grabbed a old pair of worn out denim jeans and a dark blue plain jumper that hung off my one shoulder also a gray vest top to wear underneath.
I had the quickest shower of my life and did my business, shoved on my gray converse that eve got me for Christmas,Picked up my tatty worn out blood and other stained back pack, said a quick good-bye to Micheal he was the only one home.
I unlocked the front door of the glass house shivering as the cold winter air hit my face, I jogged to the common grounds got my usual,mocha,i made it to myrinn's lab at 11.15.

"Claire where the hell have you been!"Myrinn snapped at me.I took in what he wearing today a long satin shirt with yellow and black stripped lines, with green poka dots, topped with a pair of red skinny jeans and he legendary vampire bunny slippers.

Shit he was in a bad mood

"I Slept Late im sorry"

"That's no excuse Claire don't you have devices that can wake you up on time!"He Bellowed,I flinched.

"i Forgot to set my alarm im sorry myrinn"

He just waved me off and walked over to the other side of the lab, mumbling something about how stupid humans are.

I sighed got my chemistry ll book out and followed mryinns instructions that he had written in my book, everything was going fine until i reached into one of mryinns desk draws, I cut my hand on something Sharpe, i hissed and pulled my hand out of the draw.

"Shit"I whispered as I saw myrinn stalk towards me fangs out with red eyes, full of hunger,He snarled at me, i held my injured hand close to my chest.

"Myrinn its me Claire if your hungry there's blood in the fridge ill get it if you want?"I said in a quiet voice,faster than i could blink he was behind me, my non-injured hand was wrenched behind my back, i whimpered in pain, my injured hand in his his fangs scraping my thin skin on my wrist, where my veins are.

"you smell so good little Claire so sweet"then his fangs clamped around my wrist sucking the life out of me, it hurt it, it hurt so bad. I felt the fangs retract from my wrist I dropped limply to the floor, the last thing I heard was myrinn whispering "Forgive me little Claire"

Then I blacked out
