Dean leaned against the train tracks. His heavy breaths unfurled like smoke as he leaned against the rounded tunnel walls. Dean's blood was rushing to leave him. The soothing light at the end of the tunnel was so near… He blinked, and in an instant he realized it a freight train coming his way. The rumble, the roar, the noise kicked him back into crushing reality. Dean could hardly inch away…so close…

Something much larger, heavier, came barreling down at him faster. "Tommy the choo train…" he mumbled.

"Dean, stay with me!"

"I think I can, I think I can."
