Hi! This is my 1st Pokemon fic, and first song fic, so please be nice. Anyway, yesterday I watched that sneak preview, and I fell in love with the Ash/May coupling! So, I couldn't resist writing a fic about them. I'm using the song 'Crush' by Mandy Moore, and its supposed to show May's true feelings for Ash. I hope you like it!

May sat on a rock with Torchic, while she watched Ash and Pikachu train. Lately, she just couldn't stop thinking about Ash…

*flashback* a really strong trainer tried to force May into battling him, but Ash fought for her*

*flashback* May almost was able to tell Ash how she felt about him, but she once again got to shy and had to say "nevermind"*

"come on May, lets go!" Ash said cheerfully. May nodded, and blushed as he helped her off the rock. "come on Torchic" May said. "Torchic!" Torchic replied and jumped into May's arms. May smiled as she walked at Ash's side. "mabe its better this way, for now…but who knows what tomorrow might bring…" May thought.

ok, those flashbacks in the middle of the song, they weren't real, they were just little things I made up to happen between May and Ash. PLEASE REVIEW!!!
