chapter 1
Meetings and beatings
florescent light glared of the white washed walls reflecting off the marble floor as the sol occupant of the room sat ,cross legged in front of the bed ,eyes not from the glare coming from the walls of the colourless room oh no she was concentrating sending her mind out of the room she called home. Her hair hung like silver down her back shimmering and changing between gold and silver in the light, while her pale hands rested on her crossed leggs. Suddenly foot stepps echoed outside. This caused her to open her eyes revealing icy orbs filled with years of loneliness. The footsteps had already been counted by her ,eleven people if she wasn't mistaken. The foot stepps stopped outside her door and the door swung opened as two men rushed in to grab her. Reacting on instinct she grabbed their wrists and pinned them behind their backs and pushed them in to the other men who had just stepped through the open door.
Without thinking she bolted from the room only to be yanked back harshly by a pair of large hands ,which griped her too tight."Nice to finally meet you project Zero." a deep male voice boomed as a figure emerged from the dimly lite corridor. A man emerged and she glared at the man,distrust evedent in her eyes"My name is Nick fury.."
"Director Nick Fury,in charge of the operation called the Avengers.I know this because I have folowd your Avengers since they were born."She interupted face expressionless mirroring Fury. Nick stood still looking her up and down with his one eye."You want me to join."it was a statement not a question.A sharp nod from Fury and the guys she beat up pushed her out of the laboratory ,out in to blinding sunlight and dragged her towards a black S.H.E.I.L.D jet and she was strapped in opposite Fury. The jet took off
"you will be part of the team Avengers. The board seems to think you could be an asset to the team."Fury told her,she turned her icy gaze to him as he assessed her with his one eye. Neither one of them backed down as they glared at each other.
The aircraft landed on a much bigger one ,she followed Fury out of the jet and cuffs where again slapped on her as she was led through corridors. That was untill she heard voices "You can't bring him, did you forget what he did?"as she rounded a corner and in to a conference room she saw the speaker was a tall redheaded woman. At her entrance all attention settled on her project zero. The cuffs fell to the floor with a clank as she had melted them so thin wrists could fit through,Fury looked at her"I hate cuffs."was all she gave in response.
