I don't own LOTR!
The Nine
As the dawn turns to dusk, and the day to night, nine figures walk in jagged lines.
Four half-lings, an elf, dwarf, wizard, and two sons of men.
The Fellowship they are called, to bring Sauron to the end.
The Ring-bearer is a half-ling by Bagginses, Frodo.
His partners in crime are a Took, a Brandybuck, and a Gamgee.
Standing erect, wise beyond the ages of time, stands the Prince of the Mirkwood elves, Legolas by name.
A dwarf is spirited, no matter its size, and the son of Golin is brash and yet wise.
The Wizard of Grey bears the name of Gandalf, most powerful ally to the Ring-bearer.
Sons of men, there are but two.
One is the first born of a steward, the other a future King.
Together they journey, to free their homelands.
Together this alliance was formed of nine, through good and bad they are mellons (friends) to the end.
