Confessions

Ok, this is my first story and if i get some good reviews I will add the lemon and make more chapters! Please review!

It was an average day as Kagome yawned and walked outside the shack Inuyasha and her had been staying at. They had gone off to kill a demon that was terrorizing a village. Ahh, Inuyasha. Kagome had been secretly in love with him for a while now but he didn't love her, at all. Well, he always treated her horribly, which led her to believe he didn't really care.

As Kagome inhaled and let the morning breeze flow through her hair, she looked up and saw Inuyasha sitting up in a tree, his fire-rat haori gleaming in the sunlight. Kagome quietly walked over and said, "Good Morning Inuyasha!" He had smelled her scent approaching so he wasn't startled. He turned and said "Yeah, whatever Kagome." Kagome, now annoyed, yelled "SIT" and Inuyasha landed face first into the ground in front of Kagome. "What the hell was that for!" he yelled after getting up. "Because! You could at least say 'Good Morning' back instead of being a jerk all the time!" she snapped back. "Yeah, well at least you don't have to put up with someone like you! You're annoying and I wish you never even came with me!" he yelled back. Kagome's eyes filled with tears. "Oh, Kagome…" Inuyasha said after realizing what he just did. Kagome ran back inside sobbing. Inuyasha wanted to run after her but he knew it wasn't a good time.

Damn it, Inuyasha thought, Damn it. I hate it when she cries. I hate hurting her. –sighs- you idiot, he went on, you are in love with her but all you're doing is messing it up. She probably hates you now. Damn it!

That night…

Inuyasha walked into the shack and saw Kagome sitting in front of the fire; her face was red from crying. She turned and saw him so she stood and began to leave the shack. But right before she was able to walk out, Inuyasha caught her hand.

Surprised, Kagome turned to see why he just took her hand. "Kagome," he began, "I'm sorry. I erupted and I'm sorry." He put his hand on her cheek. To Inuyasha's shock, Kagome pushed off his hand. "You expect me to believe that. You always treat me horribly and you don't care and even if you say it, tomorrow you will just get joy from insulting me again," she said painfully.

"Kagome, no, it's nothing like that," he said softly. Kagome was shocked when she saw his eyes from their original stubborn, uncaring look to a gentle, soft, love one. He gently wiped off her tears with the sleeve of his haori. "Inuyasha," Kagome began, "It upset me because its hurts when you insult me because its different because its you." Inuyasha was confused. "What do you mean Kagome?" he asked softly. "Inuyasha, I-I-I love you." Inuyasha was shocked but he felt at ease knowing she loved him back, she really loved him. "Kagome began to turn to leave because of what she had just said.

Inuyasha took her wrist gently and brought her back to him. Kagome looked up and saw that Inuyasha was crying. "Inuyasha! What's wrong?" she asked worriedly. Something came over him; he pulled Kagome in for a passionate hug. She unhesitantly wrapped her arms around his neck with his arms all the way around her body. "Inuyasha?" she asked slightly confused. "Kagome," he said still in the hug, "I love you too." They both were unexplainably happy! "I've always loved you. You mean the world to me. I want you to always be with you," Inuyasha confessed, "I love you, I love you, I love y-." Kagome cut him off as she kissed him. She pulled away before going any further. Inuyasha pulled her dangerously close and they shared the most passionate and loving kiss a couple could share.

He ran his tongue along her bottom lip, begging for entrance, she let him. Their tongues danced and they both felt, right.
