A/N- Well this was a fun short one shot! Let me know if I should continue this!
As the sabers clash, Vader begins remembering the day Ahsoka left. He remembers the anger, the sadness, the sheer dread of losing the padawan he had fought alongside and trained. He sees the pyramid is shut. He then strikes Ahsoka's saber with so much force, she loses her grip of it and drops it. She then neals and shuts her eyes. She whispers, "Do it."
Vader only stares at her. Realizing neither of them have much time left, Ahsoka stands and hugs Vader. Vader's eyes widen from the unexpected embrace. Tears fill his eyes. He then pushes her to the floor and shields her from the explosion.
Ahsoka didn't know what to think. "Thank you." She whispers to Vader. He stares at her showing no emotion. Ahsoka reaches out for his helmet, but Vader grabs her hand tightly, giving an evil look under his helmet. He then releases his grip and Ahsoka continues to reach for the helmet.
She gently lifts the helmet off of his head only to see the burnt remains of her former master. "Anakin…" she whispers. She then hugs him again tightly. He returns the hug as tears start to fall from his eyes. "Why did you leave? I needed you…" He whispers to her. Her hug only gets tighter as she replies with, "I had to go Anakin. I couldn't stay. I'm so sorry."
Ahsoka is now crying, but Vader comforts her. Vader… Anakin, now feels regret for his actions. He begins remembering all he did. But it's too late for him. He can't turn back to the light. Not now. "I'm sorry Ahsoka." He says to her. She then looks up at him and kisses his cheek. Anakin's eyes now went from a crimson red to a pale blue.
Ahsoka handed him his helmet and helped him put it back on. "Farewell master. We will meet again one day." Anakin stares at her for a moment before saying, "Farewell Ahsoka. We will indeed meet again. May the force be with you." He then began to walk away as Ahsoka stood and watched. This reminded both of them about the day Ahsoka left, only now it was the master saying farewell to the student, to his now only friend.
